  Called the Pharmacy and the virtual assistant was worthless. After asking to speak to a person multiple times I finally got through. One good thing about the virtual assistant, it wasn’t rude like the woman that we spoke with in the pharmacy. Time to switch pharmacies!

  Prescriptions never ready on time. They accidently filled a prescription of mine 2x in 24 hrs and handed it to my boyfriend who had no clue they had made a mistake and wasn't even leaving with the correct meds. I never got an apology and was without my daily nerve pain medicine I've been on for years for almost a week because of their mistake. Pharmacist thinks he needs to police your medicine more than dispense medicine safely to customers. Despite all these problems I was still willing to be a customer until I called in for another medication refill and he asks about another medication and begins to scream at me when I suggest he should focus on the question at hand instead of attempting to police what medicine has been prescribed to me.. he told me I was not allowed to speak with him that way and hung up on me. I immediately had my entire family's prescriptions transferred and was able to talk 4 other families into changing pharmacies for their families safety as well. No one deserves the outrught disrespect and possible sickness or death due to their incompetent and unprofessional staff in the their 100% staff owned business. Shameless, and dangerous business that would only be able to operate in rural communities of upstate NY and VT bacuse they would be run out of business anywhere else

  I’m new to the area and often visit drugstores, so I was hoping Kinney Drugs would become a regular stop. Unfortunately, after my experience yesterday, I won’t be returning. The cashier, Melissa, made me feel extremely unwelcome. I was dressed in sweats and noticed right away she was giving me unfriendly looks. I greeted her with a “hi” and got no response, which I initially brushed off, thinking maybe she was just shy or having a bad day. But then I saw her being warm and cheerful to other customers. Throughout my visit, she stared at me with a look that made me feel completely out of place. When I checked out and wished her a good day, she rolled her eyes and looked visibly annoyed. It was incredibly uncomfortable and disappointing. Customer service like this shouldn't be tolerated. I’ll be taking my business to CVS or Walgreens instead.
