  Called the Pharmacy and the virtual assistant was worthless. After asking to speak to a person multiple times I finally got through. One good thing about the virtual assistant, it wasn’t rude like the woman that we spoke with in the pharmacy. Time to switch pharmacies!

  I’m new to the area and often visit drugstores, so I was hoping Kinney Drugs would become a regular stop. Unfortunately, after my experience yesterday, I won’t be returning. The cashier, Melissa, made me feel extremely unwelcome. I was dressed in sweats and noticed right away she was giving me unfriendly looks. I greeted her with a “hi” and got no response, which I initially brushed off, thinking maybe she was just shy or having a bad day. But then I saw her being warm and cheerful to other customers. Throughout my visit, she stared at me with a look that made me feel completely out of place. When I checked out and wished her a good day, she rolled her eyes and looked visibly annoyed. It was incredibly uncomfortable and disappointing. Customer service like this shouldn't be tolerated. I’ll be taking my business to CVS or Walgreens instead.

  They certainly take care of their customers. If you have any issues just talk to the pharmacist and they can usually straighten things out. They also deliver prescriptions so it's great for people with disabilities, mobility issues, or those who are sick and unable manage picking up their meds. They have online portal, and text reminders if you sign up as well. They make managing meds so much more accessible than ever before. Thanks Kinney Drugs!
