  Took 30 minutes in the drive thru today. 8:30 am. No reason for that, if I was from the area I'd certainly not use this location.

  I love Dunkin, I get the same thing every time I go. A latte. Lattes are made with espresso so please tell me why I keep getting it made with coffee. I paid for a latte, I want a latte.

  Kiosk doesn't get your order right. All three of us clicked "add hash browns" only one ended up in the order. Staff refused to give up the other two hash browns. Corporate doesn't love you! Give up the hash browns!

  We ordered 3 "$6 meal deals" they only gave us one hash brown even though each one should come with it. When we went to the counter to ask they told us no.

  I placed an online order to expedite my time there because I was trying to get a coffee before work. Ended up waiting at the window for 15 minutes and had to leave otherwise I’d be late for work. Didn’t get my drink, seemed like they made one but then lost it.
