The worker was Incredibly rude, snapped at my nephew numerous times when he didnt hear him, there was so much sour cream on his food that it was basically inedible. At some point the worker put onions in it when it wasnt asked for. Ive tried to call the store only for it to hang up immediately. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a Chipotle. There was garbage and food everywhere. Not one table was wiped down and there was food covering the floor.

Their drink fountain is always down. The restaurant is filthy. The service is extremely slow. They will not get started on mobile orders or delivery orders until you get there.

This has happened numerous times and they ignore anyone trying to do online pickups. Chipotle needs to learn how to better staff their restaurants in order to accommodate demand. Very disappointing

It's 11:42 and they haven't even set the line up. Most of us have been standing here with no one at the counter for 20 min. The guy came out and said it's a long wait while they do online orders so either "wait for leave". Place is a joke.
