  Made me wait about 5 minutes at the drive thru with nobody in front of me. Repeatedly misheard my order making me have to almost yell it, then I pulled up to the window after only ordering 1 meal and got asked to pull into a parking spot... fast food needs to be fast, drive thru needs to be faster than walking in, and ownership needs to stop incentivising the staff to make customers wait longer for their orders. First in first out applies to more than expiration dates

  We waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries and they never brought it out to use and continued to serve other cars coming through the drive thru. Don’t send someone to park and wait for their food if you’re going to forget about them. This was absolutely ridiculous.

  They waited till all orders are in then they put the frys in to cook.counter person says short of help but just mismanaged is all.

  We did not receive our meal for over 10 minutes, my wife had to ask when our meal would be ready and the response was "I thought this order had been filled". We had to wait another 10 minutes and when we picked up the tray of food they didn't even apologized. It was not busy (approx 7pm), there was one other person inside and a car at the drive thru. We also noticed the car at the drive thru had to wait a long time for their meal. The fries were not fresh but at least they were warm. It was obvious the workers were more interested in cleaning, talking and paperwork versus providing a service to their customers. Tables need to be cleaned on regular basis. This is the third time we ate here in the past month and our experience was much better than yesterday!
