  Inattentive, slow and the food was not up to Arby's normally great standards. The lady in the driveway had so many people waiting for food there weren't parking places to wait for our food! Highly disappointed!

  Good clean Arby's 👌. Seemed to be work drama 🙄 there between some people nothing too bad just overhearing about it talking at register between workers.

  Ordered with the Arby's app with no problems. Went to pick it up, 13 minutes after placing the order and it wasn't ready. We used the bathrooms: floors were sticky, paper towels dispenser was broken. While we waited in line at the counter, we noticed a manager lying on the floor, trying to fix a fryer. When we got to the counter, we were told the shake machine was broken and they were out of the other beverage we ordered. Our food was cold. The French fries were half full. My son's burger was raw in the middle and lacking pickles. My sandwich was OK. Peach cobbler rolls were delicious. Usually, I love Arby's. This was my most disappointing Arby's visit ever.

  Stopped at 11pm and waited at the speaker for over 10 minutes with no response to anything I said even though I could hear them inside and saw them when I drove away. Change your hours if you're going to refuse service after 11pm
