  We did not receive our meal for over 10 minutes, my wife had to ask when our meal would be ready and the response was "I thought this order had been filled". We had to wait another 10 minutes and when we picked up the tray of food they didn't even apologized. It was not busy (approx 7pm), there was one other person inside and a car at the drive thru. We also noticed the car at the drive thru had to wait a long time for their meal. The fries were not fresh but at least they were warm. It was obvious the workers were more interested in cleaning, talking and paperwork versus providing a service to their customers. Tables need to be cleaned on regular basis. This is the third time we ate here in the past month and our experience was much better than yesterday!

  Originally I would have left a 1 star review and that would have been generous. My daughters brought home Arbys after work and what we received was not acceptable every bit went in the garbage to be honest. I called right away and asked to speak to the manager. At this point I was angry we live approximately 20 min away it was after 9pm, and no one had eaten dinner yet; so my kids were hangry to say the very least. The night manager Lorraine is why I am leaving a 5 star review. Even when I was angry and not very nice she stayed calm and professional. Her ability to own the mistske of staff and asking how she could make it right? I asked if she could replace the entire order and her immediate response was of course. Not only did she wait until I arrived to start making the food she did the entire order herself to ensure it was made correctly. Lorraine is truly is a one of a kind I have never had a positive interaction with a manger at any other fast food place. Arbys is lucky to find someone who will go above and beyond and had a Gen X work ethic where no mater what the job, you take pride in your work and give your best everyday.

  I got a French dip and they didn’t give me the dip… the whole point. They forget something every time. I’ve learned my lesson, I won’t be going back!

  Food cold and tasted old Staff was very unprofessional kids in the lobby of the staff and the manager Tony i think is her name kept playing with her hair and the touching the food. She only paid attention to specific staff not even the lobby or customers.

  The night crew Trista, Walter, Jess, Jordan Made a very warm welcome and very clean environment and fresh food fast and very friendly. Thank you very much Very clean there's other times I come and its not so clean.
