Went to the window to pay as usual and when the lady brings my order up I noticed the latte was not a small it was a medium size cup. I asked her why she charge me for a medium when I had asked for a small. Also, my Matcha latte was very green. I asked her if she can add more milk. She went to the back, came back to the window and she asked me if it was better and to be honest it looked exactly the same. I told her you didn’t add milk to this you probably shook it. She said “sorry it’s ok” like no it’s not lol… I didn’t ask to pay more neither did I want a cup of bitter matcha, she also looked more tired and sleepy than alert. Managers should be more aware of their staff members and make sure they are alert when taking orders.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and unfortunately I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of the hash browns I’ve been receiving. Lately, they have consistently been crushed and smashed by the time I get them. Normally, I don’t realize it until I’ve already arrived at work, but today I checked my order at the drive-thru window. Once again, the hash browns were crushed. When I asked the employee why they looked like that, I was told, “I can make you fresh ones.” That response left me confused because it made me wonder if the food I was originally given wasn’t fresh. While I appreciated receiving a refund, my concern goes beyond today’s order. I believe this is something that should be reviewed with the staff on a daily basis to ensure customers are consistently receiving fresh, properly prepared food. I’ve always enjoyed coming to your location, which is why I’m taking the time to share this feedback. I hope it can help improve the quality and consistency of the food being served. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns.
