  We took our grandkids out for a fun night. It was such a great time playing games and just seeing the kids laugh and smile. We ended up getting the $55 deal for all three grandkids, which was fine until one card stopped working and we needed help to fix it. They asked for proof of our purchase, so I showed them the credit card info on my phone, but all I got was the runaround. In the end, they gave me a new card, but my granddaughter lost all her points. That’s when they just brushed us off and told my wife and me, "Oh well." We had one grandkid not able to get any prizes. It should not be that difficult when a customer has a problem.

  I go in and I spend on the food and the play combo I play my games and I come back to get seated and no one is there for about 10 min then finally someone come at this point it’s 11pm on the dot he comes looks at us crazy and asks if we all have ids yet didn’t ask the person who had the receipt for the food when I spent 40 dollars is till got this stupid receipt for what I bought yet I didn’t even get the service because the kitchen was closing soon at 11???? My group is all 22+ with tattoos how are you gonna id after good of service are purchased and then act like im doing something im not supposed to by ordering food when they’re is literally people sat dead in front of my face

  Star Story- 💫💫💫During our visit to Dave and Buster's in March, we had the pleasure of meeting Tom. My family and I were fasting on that particular day. We had placed our food order an hour in advance, inadvertently overlooking the recent daylight saving time change. When the food arrived, we were unable to consume it due to our fasting. Tom promptly noticed our situation and courteously inquired if everything was satisfactory. Upon explaining that we had a 40-minute waiting period, he graciously offered to return the food and assured us that fresh items would be prepared once our fasting period concluded. We were profoundly impressed by Tom's exceptional service; he truly is a hero in our eyes. The entire management team, including the manager who personally checked in with us, also demonstrated outstanding professionalism. We hold Dave and Buster's in high regard.#Love #care #respects .😊🙂👌👍👍

  We needed to pivot for my daughter’s birthday party last minute, and I’m genuinely so glad that we did. Amanda was wonderful and helping us coordinate the party. John was fantastic once we arrived - making sure that everything ran smoothly. Ron and Camille were superstars, serving all of our guests and making sure everyone had what they needed! Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience for us!

  Food and Atmosphere of this D&B location is always consistent and fun. However, the bartending is severely lacking. Tonight namely was hands down the worst bartending experience I’ve had, anywhere. There were about 9 people altogether, and I was sitting on the side with these 9 others. The bartenders, Ty, and the other gentleman whose name I didn’t catch but he was taller and skinny, were completely unattentive to me and my friends. They were focused on what seemed like the “regulars” or their friends, and the women that were there, completely ignoring when me or my friends would attempt to ask for service. The other taller bartender brushed me off when I said my friend wants to order a drink and food. We had to wait a solid 30 minutes before one of them finally came over to assist. Even then, they didn’t listen to us and would continue conversations with their friends, then turn back and say “what did you order again?” It was completely baffling, and I’m not sure as to why these two would expect a tip after their poor service practices.
