  I just had the best experience! The person working the intercom was fun and friendly. The person who took my payment was also very friendly. The woman giving me my food was so apologetic about a wait for fries (only two minutes). Overall the team seemed like they were having a great time at work together and made me smile! I feel like you don’t see employees enjoying their day like that very much anymore.

  The food was old and hard and once again they couldn't offer most of their drinks. Seems to happen alot there. But hey we did get a "Go Sabres"

  First off I guarantee anyone giving this place 5 stars probably either works there or knows an employee because this place has really fallen off. Go here before 5 if you want to sit in line for an hour or after 8 if you want cold food or chicken hockey pucks. I would think for getting paid more than 15 dollars an hour you’d take a little pride in the garbage you’re handing out. The food is absolutely disgusting after 8 pm

  I am not sure what they did but the kid at the drive thru gave my covered drink to some lady who stepped out of my view then stepped back into view putting the lid on. Needless to say I won't be drinking that. Then I got an ice cream cone and the kid crush the cone as he was giving it to me literally put his finger right through it. What a trashy McDonald's
