Cant even come before work no more because you will wait an avg of 15-20 minutes for a smoothie. People asking for there smoothies to be remade, orders wrong, amd just attitude. There needs to be a change these reviews need to be taken seriously.

I am still yet to have anything remotely close to a resolution or apologies. At this point it is about principles more so than the almost $20 paid for food I did not receive. Why does it take leaving a negative review on Google to get even the slightest communication back?! I truly just want my refund. I won't be back to Tropical Smoothie at this or any location. The woman first told me my order would be right out. A few mins later the same woman told me that they were all just getting there, had to start the appliances and let the oven warm up. That it would be about another 10/15 minutes. As I needed to get to work I told the woman to cancel my order as I was unable to wait. She told me ok also suggested I cancel on the app. I tried but there is no options on the app to cancel. I called customer service. They told me the order was canceled. I got to work. At about 10a I got notification on my phone that my order was ready. I spoke to customer service again on Tues. I have been charged for the order but still no refund. Also while I was there, proper food codes such as hair restraint or gloves were not being followed! I will not be returning to this location again.

I asked for both of the smoothies to be remade even though the other one didn't have silicone in it but they only agreed on remaking one of them. They acted like this was a regular occurrence of a customer finding SILICONE CHUNKS in their smoothie and were very rude about it.
