  Was so happy to have a Haagen Dazs in the area. However, I've never seen an ice cream shop weigh out the ice cream on a food scale anywhere in the world. My friends and I were shocked when we saw the employee being trained to do this. Haagen Dazs is known to be on the pricier side, that's fine, but when you see the ice cream being weighed on a scale, the whole experience just feels cheap. Ice cream stores usually fill the cup to the top so you don't see the inside of the cup at all, but here the cup is 1/4 empty. I hope they start prioritizing customer experience over profits (probably saving a few cents by doing this miserliness?). The store is clean, line moves fairly quickly, and ice cream is fresh - that's what the 2 stars are for.

  One of the workers Ryan modone I think it was was a very nice young man that had speedy work and awesome service.

  We come here all the time. It's always clean, the staff is friendly and so patient. The ice cream is amazing!
