- EREmily RamirezAug 24, 20261.0I came in today to order a strawberry Refresher and a maple sugar sand which on a plain bagel. As I’m waiting for my food my drink comes out and I was very satisfied but as I wait for my sandwich. I only hear the employee making the sandwiches call out for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. So ofc I don’t think it’s my order since mine is a maple sugar sandwich. 5 people get their orders after me so I start to question where mine is and the employee beings to give me an attitude and saying that she’s been calling for it for a while now and I explain that that’s not what I ordered then and if mine was ready and the employee beings to argue with me that it’s the same thing and that I should open my ears. Absolutely awful attitude when all u wanted was to know if it was ready or not because I was waiting for 10 minutes. Definitely not going back there

They are extremely kind, friendly, warm, and working extremely hard. I am very impressed. The food is delicious and the place is spotless. Thank you.

My wife and I placed our order, but somehow the staff forgot or skipped it entirely. We waited over 20 minutes while watching customers who ordered after us receive their food. When we asked for a refund, we were told that no manager or authorized employee was on duty to process one, and that we would have to come back another day. We left without our food or our money, and the delay caused us to be late for an appointment. My wife later returned to request a refund and asked if they would offer any compensation for the time, gas, and inconvenience. The manager, Estanfie, refused. Everyone makes mistakes, but what matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, this business failed both in making the mistake and in how they chose to resolve it. Very disappointing customer service.
