  On Sundays the service is terrible the last time they charged me two dishes with double chicken and only one dish had double chicken, today I tried to go again and everything remains the same it seems that they paid for the food, little cooked rice and the lemonade looked like simple water customer service is terrible especially on Sunday nights

  Recientemente eh tenido una mala experiencia en chipotle, especialmente los días domingos por la tarde casi noche. El personal que está atiendo pareciera que no les agrada lo del servicio al cliente, el chico que sirve la comida es muy repugnante y muy grosero, por lo usual siempre suelo pedir 2 bowl para llevar y los acompañantes diferentes y cuando menciono los ingredientes diferentes tuerce los ojos como molesto por no llevar lo mismo y eso se siente muy mal porque ahora para pedir tengo que pedir lo mismo para cada bowl para que no ponga su cara de enfado, aun como si no fuera poco en medio de servir la comida se limpia el sudor con las manos Fuera de eso solamente eh pasado por eso los días domingos con todo el personal que se encuentra el domingo por la noche y agregando otra cosa los chips estaban duros.

  Came in at 9:00pm. Terrible service. Weird attitude from lady making the bowl. Skimped on everything I assume because they don't want to make more food. NO GUACAMOLE at a chipotle?? Was told it's for online orders Only.. ok. As a manager myself in the food service industry, this was a sad, depressing experience.

  I usually have a great experience coming here, but today was different. The worker gave lots of attitude. I asked for brown rice and he put white rice in the bowl when I Repeated myself and asked for brown rice, he scooped the rice Out with his hands, put it back into the white rice container and proceeded to give me brown rice. He threw the utensils down every time I asked for something and rolled his eyes when I asked for extra protein, as if it was an inconvenience to him. He also gave attitude to the woman in front of me when there was a low amount of the food she asked, for he got annoyed by slamming his hands on the table and turned around to get more. It was a horrible experience. I honestly wish I walked out of there right there and then, but I waited in line.

  This place is a total disaster. Whoever owns it needs to figure it out. The two younger guys working the line are doing their jobs (I guess) but they have 0 support from all of the women in this establishment. All of the women behind the counter who cook the food deserve to be fired. The food was bad too, I had undercooked steak. They have 2 people working the to-go area, and the kid with the glasses is not doing enough at all to help the two kids behind the counter. The smaller younger dude clearly had to stay longer than his shift, and the bigger dude was scratching his butt walking around the restaurant then he goes behind the counter puts his gloves and and finally got a 30 min long line moving, but clearly was upset with the lack of help from the women. This is not what you want from a burrito spot. I’ve been to plenty of Qdoba and they blow this out of the water. There hopefully will be one nearby soon. I’ve been coming here for what I think is 20 years, since they opened. This was a total disaster and I won’t come back. The other Chipotle I goto, in Woodbury, is really bad too - last time they did not have A/C and there was a huge line too. This isn’t rocket science, just proof this business is done and PE ruined it. Also, I use the app for points and apparently when I scanned my phone app for points - TWO TIMES MIND YOU- it didnt work and the kid couldnt give a care - they didn’t give me a receipt either so there goes my points. TOTAL DISASTER 0 STARS BAD FOOD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER GOTO CHIPOTLE AGAIN
