Today we stopped by for lunch and decided to try the new Strawberry Hibiscus Sprite that was being promoted. Since I placed the order online, I specifically selected the “light ice” option. However, after drinking it for a short time, I realized the cup was filled almost entirely with ice — probably around four-fifths of the cup. The drink itself was gone very quickly, leaving mostly ice behind. I politely mentioned this to a passing employee and explained that I had ordered light ice and that the drink didn’t seem to match that request. What surprised me was that the employee’s response was simply to ask whether I wanted to order another drink. I understand mistakes can happen, but the interaction felt disappointing because there was no acknowledgment or apology before suggesting an additional purchase. I generally enjoy visiting this location, which is why I hope small customer service issues like this can be improved.

I have been here multiple times and explicitly ask for specific items and sauces and every time I get my food it's wrong. The management is equally as problematic because when questioned they just get combative and defensive rather than trying to solve the issue.
