  I NEVER write reviews, but tonight I felt the need to… Ashley was the absolute best! Her customer service skills are impeccable! Despite an endless workload of DoorDash orders coming through late at night (after what I can only assume was a long day on her feet) she still greeted me with a smile and made sure to double check all my items before I left the building. She even was considerate enough to double bag my order to ensure my meal survived the ride home. I understand this is fast food, and with some places it’s like “how much customer service can one person give within a 2 minute interaction?” but Ashley went above and beyond for me - I will be coming back not just because I love Taco Bell but because she gave me one of the most memorable customer experiences! Thank you!

  I ordered food earlier today, within 4 hours everyone who ate the food was violently ill. I called for hours but their phone was off the hook. When I finally got in contact with the store I asked for a manager. The woman that got on the phone had a bad attitude from the word hello. I explained that I ordered food earlier and that everyone that ate the food was extremely sick and that I had been trying to call for hours. She was huffing and puffing and sucking her teeth the entire time. Once I said it’s probably a good idea to stop serving food and do a deep clean she responded with I haven’t gotten any calls or any other complaints. To which I explained to her it’s hard to get calls or complaints when your phone is off the hook. She said she’d check her temps and hung up. Very rude, not concerned that the food is making people sick and ensures we’ll never patronize the place again.

  I personally believe Taco Bell has declined in quality. The other night, we received our food, and the taco shells were stale. By the time I arrived home, the food was cold, even though I only live two minutes away.

  Customer service is so lacking that I stood in front of the counter for five minutes and nobody could say one word to me. I can’t believe the amount of money these people make

  By far the worst fast food experience we have ever had. We are tourists from Germany and were genuinely shocked by how we were treated at this location. The staff was openly unfriendly, dismissive, and frankly intimidating. We were polite, spoke English the entire time when addressing the staff, and simply asked for a drink refill — only to be met with an annoyed attitude and a sarcastic “You’re welcome.” After we briefly spoke German to each other, the atmosphere noticeably shifted and became even colder. While we cannot prove intent, it certainly felt like we were being treated differently for speaking our own language. That is deeply uncomfortable and unacceptable. The food quality was poor and carelessly prepared, which only reinforced the impression that no effort was made. We left feeling unwelcome and honestly upset. This location does not represent the hospitality one would expect. Absolutely not recommended.
