  Didnt realize I didnt get the entire order or any dipping sauces til I got home and i love to far to go back... I tried calling the store for a refund but number is disconnected.. terrible service

  recently visited the McDonald’s location, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ve been to hundreds of McDonald’s locations over the years, and this one easily ranks at the bottom. The place was noticeably dirty from the moment I walked in—floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in hours, tables were sticky, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. The food didn’t make things any better. My order came out sloppy, cold, and clearly rushed. The fries were over-salted to the point they were almost inedible, and the sandwich looked like it had been thrown together without any care. For a brand that is usually known for consistency, this location completely missed the mark. Customer service also left a lot to be desired. There was little sense of urgency, and the staff didn’t seem concerned about the condition of the restaurant or the quality of the food being served. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit. With so many other options nearby, I wouldn’t recommend stopping at this location.

  Actually just a horrible location. By far the worst staff I’ve ever seen. They ignore delivery drivers and walk ins. They’ll acknowledge loud obnoxious people that they know who won’t leave the store for hours but refuse to service anyone actually waiting. They are slower than any store I’ve seen as a delivery driver in Hudson. You basically have to try your hardest to be this bad of a mcdonalds.
