- ALA LApr 19, 20261.0We waited over 40 minutes for a mobile order. There was minimum staff that was prioritizing walk in vs online orders. The staff was very rude. When asked for a refund we were told they don't know how to and that we could wait for the manager to get a refund but that they didn't know when he would show up. We won't be going back to this Dunkin.

In 4 minutes no one made eye contact or said, "We'll be with you soon." Nothing at all. When I interjected, nicely, the lead woman said, "I'm counting." "I understand. But to not even acknowledge..." "I did. The girl said ..." Then "I've got numbers in my head..." She ignored, got flustered, lied. She might be an ok manager. Hope she can do better.
