  I honestly dont do reviews but I had too, I like going to this Dunkin’ but this lady who works there , has a toddler there which is not good I’m pretty sure she can’t focus on her work , she yells a her toddler, and the toddler is everywhere , the lady with the toddler was getting her head massaged by some lady or another coworker I’m not sure ,the same lady was gossiping and not doing our drink and ending up not doing it right .they need better workers

  Customer service was not good. Very disrespectful. I was given a drink with a lot of ice when asked for light ice. I had told the employee “I’m sorry, but can i get light ice?” His response was “why does it matter?” And then proceeded to make me another drink. I told him thank you afterwards.

  Needs work, I wanted a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant but the were out of croissants and by the looks of the shelves alot of other things. So I got my sandwich on an English muffin instead, that was barely warm cheese barely melted I also got a medium iced pumpkin spice signature latte and received a basic iced pumpkin spice. I don't know if they were anti Trans or just in need of more training but definitely needs attention.

  First cup of coffee at Dunkin' was great...
