The service was poor, and the staff were not welcoming or respectful. I also felt that I was treated differently because of my race, which made the experience very uncomfortable and upsetting. On top of that, the food was not good, and the coffee was disappointing as well. Overall, the quality of the food and drinks did not match the expectations or the price. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the quality of the service and the way customers are treated. Everyone deserves to feel welcomed, respected, and treated equally.

Pull away and the bacon egg & cheese sandwich has no egg. Drive back to the store, wait in line only to have every employee avoid eye contact, until I make someone acknowledge me. Guy who seemed in charge asks me what’s up, I tell him the sandwich is missing the egg. At that point two employees blurt out “we’re out of egg”. I ask the (manager?) why aren’t they informing customers? “I don’t have a headset… so?🤷🏻♂️ Ok, so put up a sign, have the drive through person tell people. The kid at the window said “I didn’t know what you ordered. -obviously, because you forgot to give me half of it. The lady behind me had to come back for the same reason. Get home and the wife says there’s barely any coffee in the vanilla iced latte. I asked for a refund of my sandwich and got it, it shouldn’t be such an ordeal. Quite a scam you have going on there. I’m sure most people drive away pissed off. STOP STEALING FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!
