  The cashier, Tracy, was friendly & knowledgeable. The other employee we had contact with was not friendly. There used to be a nice amount of sauce on the pizza. Now, there's a thin film that has me wanting to ask for marinara sauce on the side. The sauce you get for the bread sticks is a little small. The bread sticks and chicken pieces are good & so is the sauce. They have the place decorated to look nice. There's also a salad bar.

  I LOVE Pizza Hut, especially breadsticks. Our order was to go and as we got on the road, they were undercooked and minimal topping! They were given to us 10 minutes ahead of time we were told they would be ready You might call Geneseo Pizza Hut because their breadsticks are incredible! Plus the server was super rude. UPDATE ON 7/30/26: everything was excellent today!!!!

  My grandson and I stopped for pizza on our way to the Glenn Curtiss museum. Pizza Hut is one of his favorite places and it didn't disappoint!

  I’m a long time fan of Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, most area restaurants closed down and I went without for some time. My family and I were very happy when the Hornell Pizza Hut opened. We pick up groceries from Wegmans and head a few doors down for our favorite pizza. Classic Original Pepperoni Pan Pizza with shaker cheese. Nobody out Pizzas the Hut!
