  Absolute garbage service. Ordered 2 melts (one meal with boneless wings), cheesy bread sticks, and some mini rolls. 45 minutes later we only got one melt and the cheese sticks because they gave the other half of the order to someone else. Another 10 minutes go by and they bring over the other melt (it was the wrong one, they had to make a new one). Another 10 min go by and we finally get our food. When we walked in there was we're only 2 other groups of people there already sitting down. In that time I could've ordered pizza from the place across town and drove back with that pizza to request a refund. Hell, an Uber eats driver was able to make 2 deliveries and come back while we were there! If I had a nickle for every time we had to sit for upwards to an hour because they screwed up our order because they gave away our order and got it wrong I would have two nickles. Which is also the amount of times I've visited that location. Who out pizzas the hutt? Anyone can apparently, since they cant even manage to make an order right.

  This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had ordering food ...I ordered 18 garlic parm wing a pepperoni lovers pizza and a 2 liter the food arrived 20mins after ordering everything was cold basically no pepperoni on my pepperoni lovers pizza chicken was cold and soggy like they tapped it with a torch and threw it in the sauce all for a 75$ price tag Close this place down!!!

  Don't bother with this pizza hut. Take the hour drive to Elmira or Geneseo. They use a third party delivery service and if the forget to give them an item you'll have to wait another 30mins to an hour for the item they forgot to give you and the delivery service. If you decide you want to get credit for the item they cant do that either because they use a third party delivery service. Place is a joke.

  Good seems stale and old ! Chicken wings have a nasty smelling odor like they have been defrosting for over a week, nothing ever tastes as good as it did when it was the old store and old crew ! Bring the old crew back from when Pizza Hut closed the first time !!!!!! They knew what they were doing unlike the people they have now

  Soo gross , food is just nasty , never get things right no matter how many times they try to correct them or how many times they give credit !
