It is always a pleasure finding "FI" at the checkout. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and understands the quirks of the customers in their bag packing endeavors.

- SSSusan SmallhornSep 25, 20262.0When I was at the register, my phone number did not enter/register properly for the digital coupons and points to register, even though I asked the very nice cashier if my number was accepted, and he replied yes. Well, none of the digital coupons were applied, so I went to customer service and spoke with Amber at the desk. I have never been treated more rudely by a customer service rep. When I showed her my receipt, she confirmed no digital coupons were applied and I needed to call a phone number to fix it. I asked her to adjust it- she said she couldnt . So I asked her to return my items, credit me, and re-ring. Well, the verbal tirade that followed, about what a bother that would be, followed by mumbling out loud to herself about me while I stood there was appalling. I finally asked her while she was loudly mumbling, if she was going to continue to talk about me out loud to herself while I stood there. Only then did it stop. Good luck with your customer service satisfaction comments with her interfacing with your customers!!
