- MLmarley laneAug 22, 20261.0I am honestly shocked that the manager at this location still has a job. If you ever go to this dunkin past 9am they will be out of bagels. Staff is extremely rude and act very inconvenienced for placing an order. I had place an order on dunkin app for 2 bagels today and when I got to the window I was handed an iced coffee that was not mine. I tried to get the lady’s attention at the window and when she finally came over I informed her that I did not order the drink. She then argued with me and told me I said my name was Kira. Why would I say that lol? She then told me she was out of my whole order and asked if I wanted something completely different. I politely asked for a refund when she rolled her eyes and said she would try but she wasn’t sure it would work because I did not have my phone with me. After probably 10 minutes of waiting she shoved cash in my hand with not receipt and told me to have a nice day. I believe she shorted me on money but I had already driven away. 1/10 management. If you know you are going to run out of food every day you should probably prep or order more. If you have rude and disrespectful employees they should be spoken too. Completely ridiculous that I would rather drive to the Bennington location that is farther for me then to put up with the laziness at this location

DO NOT GO HERE HORRIBLE RUDE STAFF

Tried to inform the 2 employees about the untidy restroom (which the sign on the wall requests that we do) 1 lady said oh ok like it wasnt anything and the other said we were just in there. When I informed them there was no soap or paper towels she said we dont stock towels there is a hand dryer which didnt work. Dont bother to stop here, it was dingy and unfriendly.
