  Went there this morning ordered two $6 meals and snack and bacon did not put the bacon in bag turned around went in this time they said oh really like we ate the bacon asked to have the bacon or refund they gave us the bacon apparently but this time it wasn't bag it was hash browns and it had brown paper or some type of leaf in it maybe it's just my wife's fault cuz she didn't look all the way but if you ask for something you pay for something it should be in the bag I was not driving back a third time because I'll be wait late for work so enjoy your $4

  Last 3 experiences have been a let down and I am a frequent customer. I’m not sure what I was served earlier but it wasn’t coffee and almost tasted like tea but also tasted like something someone shouldn’t be drinking and it left me with an upset stomach and I had to miss work. I do not order anything complicated and I’m not sure if I will return after this if an iced coffee is going to make me sick somehow. I really can’t wrap my head around how it could do that.

  Lots of turnover and frequent errors. Today was at least 4th time this year a hot latte was lukewarm and milk not fully frothed.

  Every time I try to give this location another chance, they always find a way to disappoint me more than the last time. The evening staff need a real attitude adjustment. I won’t name drop the persons name on the receipt publicly but all I will say is if anyone dislikes their job as much as this person performed, just leave and find something else. Poor service, cold food… don’t waste your time or money here.

  Be mindful before coming in here to complain about having to wait a few minutes. It’s not the employees faults that someone ordered 12 items, and that they are running around trying to complete 20 orders at once. Sometimes the same person takes my order, makes my food, my drink, and cashes me out. As far as I’ve ever seen with this dunkin, the employees are always doing their best. If you are in such a rush just don’t go. The dining room and counters are always clean. Employees are always kind, if there’s ever an issue they’re quick to fix it. My favorite dunkin🩷
