  We hosted my son’s 12th birthday party at Topgolf today and I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly front counter staff member, immediately followed by an introduction from the manager, Mitesh, who made us feel welcomed and taken care of right away. Our hostess, Lindsay, was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive, kind, organized, and truly on top of everything the entire party. The food was excellent, drinks never ran dry, and every single detail was handled seamlessly. For once, as the parent hosting the party, I actually got to relax, be present, and genuinely enjoy celebrating with my son and his friends instead of running around stressed the whole time. If you’re on the fence about booking a party because the process is mostly online, take it from my experience — it is worth every penny. Everything exceeded expectations and made for such an easy, fun, memorable day. We will absolutely be back, and if you book a party, ask for Lindsay!

  Our host was absolutely horrible. The place was not busy and she would constantly walk right past us without asking if we needed anything. We ordered food through the QR code they give you at the table. The food was good and took about a half an hour to get to us, no complaints there. One of my friends asked for water, 20 minutes passed with no water, so she asked again and the waiter replied by pointing to my other friend’s water that we got in the very beginning and said “is that not your water right there?” Not to mention I saw her serving several other tables drinks within the 20 minutes it took for my friend to get one water. Also, since she was not coming up to our table whatsoever, we started just going to the bar for sodas/drinks. I got myself an alcoholic beverage from the bar, where they obviously asked for my ID. One of the only times she approached us that night was when she came up to me with a nasty attitude, accusing me of not having an ID for my drink and then she walked away right after I explained I got it from the bar. I understand she is just trying to do her job but I found it funny how she checked on us maybe twice the whole 2 hours we were there, but was real quick to come and accuse me of drinking without an ID. Terrible first experience at Topgolf. It’s a shame because the food and atmosphere was good, but this host ruined it. Every interaction with her as the night went on just got worse and worse. If I were to go back to this location and get her as a host again, I would immediately request a different one.

  This place was absolutely amazing! We went with a few adults and a few kids and we ALL had a blast! There is one closer to us in RI I will be sure to check out! Drinks and food were good, timing was good. The whole experience was awesome! There were a lot of games to choose from as well. We had a lot of fun playing Angry birds!

  I booked this event for my job and it was a group of about 60 of us. The golfing was great. The service wasnt what id hope for. The girls felt like they were rushing us to get us out of there. They gave us last call 30 minutes before our event time was up and they didnt seem to happy to be there but id consider doing this event again maybe in a different location

  This was my first time visiting Top Golf in Holtsville. I've driven past this place multiple times, but never knew what this place was. We held a birthday 🎂 celebration, which was planned by the children of the birthday person. I am extremely picky about what I eat, but I must say the food was a notch above your regular bar food. Everything was delicious. I overdosed on the cheese balls, sooo good 😋. The hummus was freshly prepared. The chicken sliders were just ok. The drinks on point 👍. There we're eleven of us so we occupied two suites. The place was packed (Saturday night), but yet comfortable. No crowding. I would recommend calling ahead before heading out there. The attendant Jacob was excellent! He was very attentive and professional. He supplied us with whatever we wished for. It was a chilly night, but there were heat fans blowing from the ceiling so being outdoors wasn't bad at all. Just a fleece jacket was enough. I don't play golf, never held a club before this, but I must say it's an interesting sport that requires patience. I had a blast! Enjoyed myself immensely. I would plan future parties here instead of going out to a restaurant. The 2-1/2 hours was just long enough. I highly recommend this place who's looking to do something different.
