  It's insane how you have some of the BEST deli workers I've ever had who can have 7 things told to them, not have to write it down, and get it perfect every single time and other deli workers who literally move at a snails pace and they still get it wrong. There's two deli workers I dread seeing at the counter and of course they're always paired together with none of the A plus guys. Cant even say it's because they're new because they're not. You can sit around waiting no lie 45 mins to an hour for two things if there's any kind of even a small line ahead of you. Today I needed 7 things, had three people ahead of me, and I just said forget it and went somewhere else when I saw how long it was taking for the woman being helped. Do not pair C Team people together.

  Just watched Tony in the deli absolutely berate a woman for asking advice on the correct cheese to buy for a sale. Unbelievable. Tony get a new job bud. This ain’t it for you oldie.

  Ordered cupcakes from the bakery that were available on the app. I was given a completely different item because they just chose not to make the ones I ordered. If you don’t want to make them, don’t offer them for sale! This is for a little girl who is disappointed on her birthday. The item wasn’t even marked as a substitute. We’re just pretending this is what I ordered! I got charged a $3.95 fee for pick up to get the wrong items. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten wrong, missing or subpar items from this store. If you’re charging me a fee for the service, do it right!
