  7/4/26 10:30pm Did Uber Eats pickup for this location just now….. The only employee working here while handling orders is doing so, in his BARE FEET. Whether it’s for food safety, hygiene, or basic workplace safety, employees should be wearing proper footwear. Seeing someone with bare feet in a food establishment is unsanitary and completely unprofessional. It immediately made me question the cleanliness standards being followed behind the counter. I hope management addresses this promptly because customers deserve to feel confident that basic health and safety standards are being taken seriously.

  Wow, I am truly shocked by the poor service. Today, June 29, 2026, at 8:03 PM, I tried to place an order online as usual. It told me to update my address; I did so, but that didn't solve the problem. I decided to call the store to place the order over the phone instead, but the person who answered refused to listen to what I was saying and hung up on me. I called back and explained the situation, but he just kept saying it could only be done online; every time I tried to speak, he would just tell me to order online and hang up. He wouldn't listen when I told him the system wasn't letting me place the order—he just kept hanging up. I order all the time and this has never happened to me before; he simply refused to help me, and I don't understand why

  Honestly, Their alright! Pretty chill dudes. I come in every once in awhile and while not super talkative I never really had a rude encounter. I recently made a mistake with my order and the guys working the night was actually super sweet by resolving it. Even offered to still make the order despite it being my own fault. I didn't even have to ask, which saved my late night. Also you can pay with cash, I saw a review about that being an issue. To be fair, I normally am a card user & I've been to the location more than once. Food service isn't easy work & It's Papa Johns. I don't expect a 5 stars restaurant service. I got my food and it was good. Can't complain beyond that. Not all pizza is equal but good pizza is pizza, If its late and your looking for a bite just go for it.
