  Absolute terrible service. Stated i had an allergy. One server pointed out my Mac and cheese has said allergen in it and I should be fine if I eat it. Lost all faith in this establishment will never return

  We live in Florida and came up to visit family. We came to the Outback with our children and grandchildren and had such a great time. The food was good, and the service was outstanding! We will definitely be coming back the next time we come to New York. A special thanks to Frank and our server Matt!

  My Family came here for Mother’s Day and it was a mob scene, yet all the beautiful hostesses tried to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible, I called ahead so the wait wasn’t terrible. We had a beautiful waitress named Vanessa who let us know right away, the oven broke down ,so no baked potatoes, she was very nice and apologetic. We said no big deal. We all ordered steaks and shrimp and another server came by to say they were now out of mashed potatoes too. Not a big deal, these things happen. We met the Main Manager Jason and we joked about the potatoes, he also was very apologetic. before my Father could take a few bites, Jason returned with a steaming plate of mashed potatoes freshly made!! This young man and everyone who worked there strived for excellence! Everyone is so busy leaving bad reviews, that they don’t consider the staff’s feelings at all . They were working really hard . Thank you for a very pleasant Mother’s Day meal Outback in Holbrook . we will be back !!!

  Was there for Mother's Day the food was great! The managers and service staff could not be more pleasant. What a great visit !! We will definitely be back.

  Outback is our favorite restaurant. Commack in particular is always on point and has great service. The drinks come with different animal toys that are Outback branded that my toddler loves to play with. Great time for parents and kids with good quality food for not too much money. If you join the rewards program and take advantage of the gift card bonus cards it’s a no brainer!
