  Seems when they come in and are supposed to be open they just stand around not serving before 6 on a weekday.

  Soda machine has been wrong and flat for weeks now with no changes. The workers just keep acting like it’s fine and pass along bad drinks

  I don’t know how a place can consistently have poor service and food quality. Customer service with ordering was unacceptable. Waited over 20 minutes for my food in the drive thru and I had to go inside to get it. The food was poorly cooked and cold. The staff needs to be retrained on all fronts.

  Came here because ive been here multiple times and have had good service. Today unfortunatly was not one of those days. Maybe they are short staffed? Or dont know how to manage/divi up the work between the staff? Maybe because its a sunday?...The food came to us cold, burger, fries, my kid didnt even want her food not to mention there were missing items from the order...not one table in the whole place was cleaned...i went to get somthing from my car to clean the table...it was so stuck on there meaning the tables have been dirty probably the whole day or night before...food on the floors...the number tags for the tables were everywhere meaning on tables that werent cleaned and under the tables...over all was a disappointment,and unsanitary place to eat at. Nothing like what you would expect being located at west point.
