  I Had very bad experiences with Stop&Shop costumer service represented at 530 West Old Country Road Hicksville, NY at Front Desk I'm not sure what is her real name she represented as a Stephanie. I always patiently not was paying attention with her rude and nasty attitude ,but today she really pissed me off ,because she embarrassing people in front costumers ..Never seen any smile on her face ,or treated people nicely Today I called Stop & Shop costumer service ,about her actions ,hop so they will resolved my issues and I do believing , those ,kind people definitely not supposed to work ,this kind job ,for sure !

  Integrity at Stop & Shop Hicksville On Friday, June 5th, I was running around making multiple stops to prep for a road trip. In the chaos of the day, I realized I had lost my wallet—which contained all of my ID, credit cards, and a very large amount of cash. I was completely devastated and had no idea where I could have dropped it. On Sunday afternoon, I received a phone call asking if I was missing anything. It turns out I had misplaced it at the **Stop & Shop in Hicksville**. A wonderful employee named **LaToya** found my wallet and immediately turned it in with every single dollar intact. Another incredible team member, **Stephanie**, along with **Ana**, took on the daunting task of tracking me down—which was no easy feat given how incredibly common my name is. I am deeply grateful for their honesty, persistence, and kindness. I will absolutely be reaching out to both local and corporate management to ensure these three get the recognition they deserve. People like LaToya, Stephanie, and Ana are the exact type of individuals we should be proud and grateful to have as neighbors in our community. **Stop & Shop in Hicksville: That’s where values are truly priceless.**

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Hicksville Stop & Shop on March 21 around 12 PM. I went to customer service to return a case of water and waited in line behind one person. There was a second service window open but unattended, and no indication that customers should form a separate line. While I was waiting, another customer walked past me and stood at the empty window. I continued waiting, assuming there was one line. After about 10 minutes of standing there holding a heavy case of water—with no acknowledgment or direction from staff—the employee (Toya) chose to help the person who had just walked up. When I explained that I had been next, she was dismissive and unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager, and a man who identified himself as Frank came over. While I was explaining the situation, the employee began speaking over me and raising her voice, even while I was addressing the manager. The manager did not appear to have control over the situation, and another staff member had to step in to remove the employee. This was not just a misunderstanding—it was a lack of basic customer service and professionalism. As a long-time customer, this experience was extremely disappointing and has made me reconsider shopping at this location.
