  Extremely rude staff/cashier. The African American male working the cashier around 12:30-1PM on July 19, 2026 has an attitude problem. I was checking my online order pickup at the counter and he said I was “in his station” and ordered me to move to a different table. I spent over $100 on this order so I was ensuring the order was correct. Other customers watched this unfold and were shocked by your cashier’s behavior. I am actually disgusted by his attitude. He appeared to be frustrated with an Asian customer who was ordering, and he directed his attention to me to move to a different table. I am Asian as well. Perhaps, this was a racially charged incident? Mind you, I was at the online order pick up counter and he told me I was in his station and to move. I own a large medical practice right down the street from this location and often make large orders for my office staff, but this has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be giving any future business to this location. I urge the owner of this location to take action as these types of ungrateful and rude employees will slowly destroy your business without you ever knowing.

  Sebastian was very welcoming and had a super friendly vibe. It was my first time trying Smash Burger, and I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again. The service was fast, atmosphere was clean, and the overall experience was excellent all around, thank you! 😊

  The food was good, but the service was extremely rude and disappointing. I asked to speak to a manager because of the rude behavior from the staff, only to find out that the same person was the manager. Regardless of how good the food may be, the overall experience was very unpleasant, and I will not be returning

  Walked in to order and the attitude on the guy working the counter. No greeting and just staring with a blank face. Name is calio heavy set guy. I will never come back. No respect for customers. Had so much attitude for nothing. Smashburger should focus on customer service. Never will come back here. Unbelievable
