as i was using the bathroom, a male employee tried to open the door, and i said i was inside. said employee then grabbed keys to the doorknob and unlocked and opened the bathroom door, exposing me to the restaurant. he then proceeded to talk to his coworkers about how he walked in on me, and i never once received an apology. i would NOT recommend this establishment, unless you enjoy peeping toms.
I had a sandwich emergency and Kerry in the Hicksville location set us up nicely, party saved.

I visited the Hicksville location yesterday on my way to Cantiague Park. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak and a Grilled Chicken Panini. While waiting for my order to be completed, I observed that the kitchen staff were cooking with their hair uncovered. According to NYS law, "All persons within a food service establishment who work in areas where food is prepared are to use hats, caps or hair nets as restraints which minimize hair contact with hands, food and food-contact surfaces." The young man at the register was also entering the kitchen area without a proper head covering. I've had several bad experiences with restaurants on Long Island flaunting health and hygienic practices, but I already paid almost $35 for two sandwiches.
Not unsurprisingly, there was a hair in my Grilled Chicken Panini. These laws exist to protect the restaurant and ensure patrons have a good dining experience. Unfortunately, while the sandwiches were moderately flavorful, I will not be returning to this location.
Food is crazy over priced for what we were given. The staff were really kind though. The turkey was dry and bland.

Tiny Sandwich and Soup combo for almost $20.
Nothing special about it.
Go to Panera.
