  Had a great experience at Pizza Hut Hicksville. The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings were generous, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, service was quick, and everything came out exactly as ordered. Definitely one of the better Pizza Hut experiences I’ve had. Will be coming back again soon!

  They messed up my order which is no big deal. I called up immediately and was told they put a credit on my account for future use, good service. Now when I came back to use the "credit" the Indian Manager refused to honor it. Says that he will give me a less than half because that is what he thought should be given. Escalated to corporate who then refers me to speak to the regional manager who agrees with me and says he will honor the credit. When I go back to use it, the same Indian manager says, "I don't care what the District Manager says, I am the Manager of this store and I don't want to honor it". I get back to the District Manager and he says I can't do anything if he want accept it. I spent several months of correspondence between corporate, District Manager going back and forth but ended up with nothing because the Indian Manager was a unhappy disgruntled employee who wanted to exert power in the only way he could. Regular employees there are nice but the Manager makes the place horrible!!! Experience was horrible and left an extremely bad taste. Usually an employee is the problem and you Escalate to a manager for resolution. In this case, employee was good and gave a good resolution but the Manager, unsolicited took it upon himself to change the resolution to something worse because he is a miserable human being.
