  Main Mehfil Restaurant ka regular customer raha hoon, lekin unfortunately is dafa mera experience bohat hi disappointing raha. Hum ne 3 Chicken Shami Burgers order kiye. Teeno burgers thanday thay aur un mein buri aur ajeeb si smell bhi aa rahi thi. Khana fresh bilkul nahi lag raha tha aur quality bhi woh nahi thi jis ki hum umeed karte hain. Hum ne 3 rice puddings bhi order kiye. Counter par kaam karne wali lady customers aur orders par tawajjo dene ke bajaye doosre employee ke saath apni bohat personal aur inappropriate relationship ki baaton mein busy thi. Woh itni distracted thi ke usay yeh bhi samajh nahi aa raha tha ke rice pudding kis box mein dalni hai. Aakhir mein us ne rice pudding bohat chhote kids-size box mein dali aur quantity bhi bohat kam thi. Hum ne proper portion ke paise diye thay, lekin jo quantity mili woh bilkul satisfactory nahi thi. Humein yeh bhi mehsoos hua ke restaurant regular walk-in customers ko properly deal karne ke bajaye banquet parties par zyada focus kar raha hai. Customers bhi apna paisa bohat mehnat se kamate hain. Jab hum khane ke paise dete hain to hum fresh food, achi quality, proper quantity aur professional customer service expect karte hain. Hum apni mehnat ki kamai is liye nahi dete ke humein thanda khana, kharab quality aur poor service mile. Main yahan ka regular customer raha hoon, isi liye is dafa ka experience aur bhi zyada disappointing tha. Umeed hai management food quality, freshness, portion size aur customer service ko seriously improve karegi.

  I've visited Mehfil Restaurant often, but this latest experience was a huge letdown. Our order was three Chicken Shami Burgers. Each one came out cold and had a foul smell. The meal didn't taste fresh at all and wasn't up to the standard paying customers deserve. We also got three servings of rice pudding. The worker at the front was more interested in talking about really personal, inappropriate things with another staff member than in helping customers or handling their orders. She seemed unsure which container to grab and finally served the rice pudding in a tiny kids' cup. There was far less in it than we usually get. It felt as if the staff was focused on large parties and events, not on regular walk-in guests. Folks work hard for every dollar they earn. When we pay to eat out, we expect fresh, tasty food in fair portions and friendly, professional service. After this visit, I felt like they didn't appreciate our money or want our business. I've been coming here for ages as a loyal guest, but this experience has left me really upset. I hope the owners finally start taking service, tasty food, freshness, and portion sizes seriously.

  Very Bad customer service, food no taste , I order Karahi and it’s so salty when complain to the server they went inside to kitchen and bring it back the same way , saw roaches moving around the tables , it looks like no customer service, and staff is not friendly they seems like they are fed up from job and no salaries are given to them . Suggestion to owner please focus on customer service and food quality and make your staff happy . Thanks

  The food was really good and they also have the crepes and waffles we tried the bisscoff waffle omg was so delicious

  Poor disgusting they present chicken karahi with bugs and also bugs under neath the glass a lot and running on the table.
