- FKFahmida KhanMay 22, 20261.0Went on a Friday afternoon. The shelves were almost empty. My 3-year-old picked the only frosted donut left, and I got a coffee. We sat down at a table, and then my daughter needed to use the restroom. As we walked toward the restroom door, the only employee working called out from behind the counter, “It’s not working. Some customer messed it up this morning, so it’s closed.” Honestly, I was stunned at how casually she lied. We quietly grabbed our food and left. Thankfully, the dance studio next door was kind enough to let a 3-year-old use their restroom. Amazing how people lie so comfortably. If your policy is that customers can’t use the restroom, at least have the decency to say that. Don’t make up a story about it being broken “since morning.” Where exactly have you been going during your whole shift Lady?

I always get the same thing a large iced caramel cappuccino, normally I don’t go to this Dunkin’ Donuts I go to one closer to my house but it was close to my child’s daycare. When I went to grab the drink I couldn’t believe what I was looking at - about a third of the cup at the top was empty than a TON of foam which granted that is the point of a cappuccino but there was hardly any actual liquid coffee, the majority of the drink was foam, I got about 3 sips of liquid before it was empty of everything but foam. For me to pay $6 for a coffee that barely made it from the walk outside back to my car is not acceptable. I will definitely go to my local dunkin instead of coming to this location.

Multiple times I’ll pic up my order and head to work and then open my food to find they substituted something. Not once is it mentioned when I’m picking the food up that they were out of queso for the loaded hash browns or that the espresso machine is broken. Multiple times they have substituted my macchiato with an iced coffee because their espresso machine was broken but an iced coffee is not the same as a macchiato. And they don’t offer like a partial refund or anything like that which isn’t right since it’s not the same cost.
