  I’m not writing a review of the food or atmosphere because most Dunkin’ locations are pretty much the same. This review is about the service—or lack thereof. I got off at the Hicksville Long Island Rail Road station and realized that my phone battery had died. I was rushing home to tend to a family emergency, only to discover that I couldn’t get into my car. Since my car key is stored in an app on my phone, I had to find somewhere to charge it. I went to a nearby Dunkin’ and politely asked a seemingly affable employee whether she had a USB-C charger I could use. She quickly responded that they only had a charger for an iPhone. When I told her that I had an iPhone, she then said it was against company policy to charge customers’ phones. It seemed that no matter what I said, she was determined not to help. My question is this: What kind of company policy prevents an employee from showing basic humanity or helping someone in a genuine crisis? I still can’t get the image of her fake smile out of my head as she callously told me, “No!” Thank God I found a bodega around the corner where someone was more than willing to help. I didn’t have to beg. I didn’t have to plead. I didn’t even have to buy anything. She was just a human helping human—and because of her kindness, I was able to get home in time to help another human in crisis.

  The only dunkin slower than airport ones. The iced coffee is super watered down compared to any other dunkin.

  Man, I asked for no ice and they just fill my drink to the brim man, there is literally a dunkin donut down the road, just go there

  don't bother if you have a train to catch, they'll take fifteen minutes to throw the most basic stuff together. waste of money.

  Good customer service... all is well untill it involves someone using the bathroom...now im not sure if its customer bathroom... however there needs to be a lock on that bathroom for users...i had someone walked in on me...im fine and all however im worried about the fact that there could've been a woman or a child in that bathroom and they got someone walking in on them...that needs to be fixed... people can sue quickly for that ...
