When arriving to the store it said my order was ready on the pick up screen, when I asked the store associate the order for it, he said it'll take a minute, they didnt even have the order ready for the oven and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes, AFTER IT SAID IT WAS READY. The store's phone was also ringing for about 10 minutes, one of the store associates picked up the phone and immediately hung up, Terrible customer service. And to top it off i was the only order on the screen, when I was finally given my order and took it, when I got back to my workplace, the pepperoni cheesy bread had no pepperoni. I had no time to go back and exchange the order once I realized. Honestly how does a store mess up this bad? I was the only order customer in the store, it took wad too long and the order wasn't even done correctly. Terrible service

I didn’t trust that, so we argued for 10 more minutes about a refund.. with limited English.. absolutely disgusting cheat place.
