The guy behind the register literally tossed my bag in front of me. That was the second person that worked there that was rude on the same day. The first was a woman, who I see has several complaints made about her in these reviews. I dont typically leave reviews but this was just astonishing. Come to this location if you want to be treated poorly.

- SPStephen PieracciniSep 18, 20261.0Walked right in and every table is covered in food scraps and empty cups, the rice tastes like i took a handful of salt and shoved it in my mouth, the workers don’t care about you and let the employee cut the long line to serve himself first. Food is also cross contaminated, with cheese being in the guac. They need new management or this place will not survive.

Last night around 7:20pm on 9/5/26 really highlighted an ongoing issue — this location always seems short-staffed. I actually felt bad for one of the employees working, because a coworker (I believe his name was Nash) was unhelpful and dismissive toward him, saying something like ‘I ain’t gonna hold u but I leave at 7:30’’ in front of customers. Nash didn’t seem interested in being a team player or supporting his coworker during a busy moment. If I were management, this is something I’d want to address directly — that kind of attitude and lack of teamwork comes across as poor customer service and puts more strain on the rest of the staff.
