- GGGregJun 11, 20261.0Unfortunately this dunkin has continuously declined, from management to staff, from food to service ,in all ascpects of the fields they fall short. A steadily circulating staff of poorly trained new staff( who come with massive attitudes, disrespect, and entitlement, to drinks made incorrectly like wrong creamers for people sensitive to lactose , drinks made missing ingredients or wrong drink ..etc) and a management team who doesn't seem to see the problem. Most days, my wife comes back after placing an order.And we have to correct it, or she has to eat it as it is. After calling to make a complaint today, I spoke with a team member who impersonated a manager said negative things including the fact that they had been instructed not to catalog and register complaints about food while they thought me on hold and mute. In honesty, no I was also told that they are instructed in the training videos to only spread cream cheese on one half of your bagel.And then just place the other half on top.Unless you order extra cream cheese. Now I don't, i'm no genius, i'm certainly not a dunkin' donuts, employee, but if that's the way that corporate is honestly instructing their employees to prepare a bagel with cream cheese, i'm appalled... Who in the world wants to open their package and lift off the top half of their bagel to have the other half bare... Not to mention the absolute appalling attitude of most of the employees while taking your order, giving you sneering looks and attitude like it's an insult to take your order. I would give zero stars if I could.
