All was good! Plenty of meat on the sandwich, the fries were crispy and hot, and they now have diet lemonade for those of us watching our sugar intake

So twice I went in there today and it seems as though greeting their customers is not part of their customer service. The first time was at around 2pm and the man with beard just said what can I get you. I said you're not even going to say hello? He said his mind was somewhere else, really? The second time was close to 7pm and a high school kid named Brayden took his time getting to the register, didn't look up at me and again said what can I get you. I again said you don't say hello? He again said what can I get you and when I said no hello he finally did. His demeanor was that of someone who did not want to be there and that taking a customer's order was a burden for him. When my order was ready he just pushed the bag towards me instead of going to where I was standing waiting for it and again without making eye contact said there you go. No thank you, enjoy your meal or anything else. Whoever manages this location should teach the employees how to greet customers, especially those of us who are seniors on a fixed income who decide to spend some our limited income there which I won't do again. It baffles my mind how those in customer service have no idea what that means. Also after being in the restaurant business for years I've found that if management doesn't care neither will the employees and it shows.
