  I stopped in to pick up my order and ended up waiting around 30 minutes. When I asked if it was ready or how much longer it would take, no one responded to me, which was really frustrating.

  saw this posted at the drive thru 4/18/26 around 8:00 pm - after clarifying what this meant, the lady on the microphone said i could get an empty cup and walk in and serve myself; said there are only "two" people working; when i pulled around to pay, the "manager" joined the woman at the window, clarified to me that he "could" walk into the lobby and serve the drive thru customers drinks from there, but wont; i clarified 'are you refusing?' (to take an extra step for the customer) he stated "yes"; when I went into the restaurant with my empty cup, I counted 5 total employees;
