- DBDarryl Bradford2 days ago1.0Corporate needs to step in. I can provide time stamps on the amount of times I’ve driven here to get to the door and see a “We’re closed” sign with the door lock all while seeing full staff inside. I never go late it’s around 7pm which is still well within there open hours. Very much of an inconvenience for the customer. I get things can happen but 3 out of 7 times in a week over I ran into this issue here. Are you actually closed or just don’t want to work and using that as an excuse?

They’re just chit chatting and don’t realize customers are waiting for food that’s already waiting on the shelves. Noticed this extremely bad behavior, employees taking a chip or 2 as they walk by the counter munching on them WHILE handing me my order in their other hand… munching on chips might not seem like a big deal but I’m sure it’s against food regulations and corporate policy. I mean I’m all for chips and I love em, but putting a chip into your mouth right as you are handing an order to a customer looks extremely unprofessional.

I asked why he did that, he said most people don’t want a receipt. I thought every where you go they ask customers if they would like there receipt
