Food tastes fine, staff is friendly, however EVERYTIME I go to this location they are out of something..cheese, salad dressing etc. I feel like the General Manager should be there to help manage this restaurant until staff really gets acclimated with how to run it. It can also stand to be cleaner.
Despite the bad comments, we still decided to try it. We probably should’ve gone to a different Chipotle. This location had great customer service, but the food was very disappointing. The rice was mushy, the steak was bland, and some pieces were too raw. I asked for sour cream on the side, and when I smelled my bag, I told my boyfriend it didn’t smell right. I took a small lick from the lid, and you could literally taste how sour it was, the sour cream was spoiled.

Ordered online, sat at the window for an extended period of time tried to get the boys attention. When I finally did it was with an attitude and my food passed to me without any pleasentries. When I got my order they charged me for queso but showed it a picture of it because there was maybe a tablespoons worth on there. The same can be said for an avacado. The bowl was mostly rice! This was my first and last visit to this location.
Not one to leave reviews, or comments and have only left 1 Google review before....never felt the need to.
HOWEVER, ordering here many times I've noticed the trend that this is the absolute worst Chipotle I've ever experienced in my life - as far as the food preparation and timing.
I literally just got six pieces of chicken, eight pieces of lettuce and less than 10 kernels of corn in my bowl that was about the size of one cup! Typically the food is never ready on time.
What a joke - whoever the manager here is - 110% not doing their job. I would recommend any other chipotle if you're trying to actually get some chipotle and not a few scraps in a bowl.
I was excited when they built this, and I can only hope that they realize this location stands out like a sore thumb in their franchise... and make the necessary changes.

I appreciate you responding and recognizing this. Unfortunately, I have absolutely zero desire to spend any more time on this, I'm sure jump through more hoops by going to the website and probably get nowhere anyways...
Since I have your attention all I would ask is that you just fix this? 🤷♂️
I am sure most negative comments may not be justified, or likely people looking to complain. However, most Chipotle's don't rate below a 2.5, so the evidence is there things need to change. I certainly have better things to do than write Google Reviews, but I love Chipotle and I want this location to do well, so felt the need to speak up.

I've been here probably 25 times in 3 months. Not once have i had a person in front of me in chipotlane well maybe once and took 20 seconds. Never have I waited over 2 minutes and usually just 1 minute maybe less. Went inside 3x and always quick. At first I got big portions but that changed tho still decent or good sized and that's easily due to staffing changes. Not sure why the bad reviews. Tbh when I order in app for chipotlane I always wait until the stated time and usually arrive 10 to 15 min after. Anyone complaining about delivery remember that's doordash not the staff here.
