I also was supposed to get fries on my platter but it didn't come with any. Im not sure why they couldn't follow the simple request but it's so frustrating because I was sharing this with someone who likes to control how sweet/spicy they want their platter to be. Im not sure why the custom instructions is even an option of theyre just going to ignore it. Really neglectful service. Food was meh, price is alright.
