I pointed it out, expecting them to top it off, but instead they laughed and asked, “You want me to fill it up?” Yes, of course I do. I paid for a full cup of coffee, not 80% of one. What bothered me even more than the underfilled drink was the dismissive attitude. A simple apology and topping it off would have resolved the issue immediately. Instead, I was made to feel like I was asking for something unreasonable. Very disappointing customer service.

I always stop in the morning so maybe they are just serving items from yesterday. I know it can be better cause i have had fresher tasting items at this time in the morning at other stores. Hope management looks into this.

When I checked in with him, he THEN decided to pull up the receipt for the order and started to prepare the order. He then confronted me with an attitude and acted like he was doing me a favor by intentionally wasting my time. I explained to him that he’s expected to prepare mobile orders BEFORE the people arrive. He took no accountability whatsoever. Just another trashy, unprofessional, low-class excuse for a human being.
- JJJennApr 6, 20261.0If I could give this Dunkin' location zero stars, I would. To start the drive thru is a disaster. The pavement is in terrible condition and clearly hasn’t been maintained. You gotta drive through potholes just to get coffee. Then I pull up and there are NO cars in front of me, no one being helped…and I’m told to wait. For what? I finally order my usual, which I get at multiple locations with no issue the iced Dunkalatte the only consistent Dunkin drink IYKYK lol but somehow this place managed to mess that up too. What I got was barely iced. By the time I got home (literally a 5 min drive), the ice was basically gone. It tasted watered down and nothing like what it should be. I even have pictures from right after I got it with only ONE sip taken and you can already see how little ice there was to begin with. Between the awful drive thru, slow service for no reason, and inconsistent drinks, this location seriously needs help. If you’re in Hempstead just drive a little further down to the Dunkin on Greenwich st they are amazing! Donuts are always fresh and coffee is also delicious.
