    Terrible customer service. I placed a pickup order through DoorDash and arrived at approximately 10:56 PM, before the 11:00 PM closing time. The employee told me they had given my order to a DoorDash driver, even though it was clearly a customer pickup order and no driver was assigned. I showed him the order details, but he refused to remake the food or offer any solution and only told me to contact DoorDash. I left without the food I paid for and had to request a refund myself. This location is new, but the service already needs serious improvement

    Horrible food the girl on the line had no clue what she was doing and needed a bunch of help. Took forever and the managers were not friendly at all. Service was horrible besides the man on register named Michael. He tried his best to fix my issues. Great hard worker the rest of the crew needs to step up their game and clean that horrible mess of a place.

    I went a while ago when this place first opened up, I had a horrible experience and refuse to ever go back. The customer service was horrible and the interior was filthy. The only person who actually knew what they were doing was some kid on the register named Michael, my order was missing a few items and only he helped me out. I was ignored by everyone else. Overall I didn’t enjoy my time here.

    The biggest issue with this location is the lack of common sense and flexibility in customer service. During the Knicks jersey promotion, I watched a father and son being told they had to separate their order because only the son qualified for the BOGO offer. While I understand employees need to follow company policy, the way it was enforced felt unnecessarily rigid and unfriendly. Good customer service requires judgment and flexibility, especially during promotional events that are supposed to create a positive experience. Instead, it felt like the staff were focused solely on strict rule enforcement without considering the overall customer experience. Very disappointing visit. This location could benefit from a more customer-focused approach.

    When this location first opened I left a nice review. But I will say this. The crew they favor working every shift needs to learn customer service absolutely horrible. I had mentioned in my first review about a nice young man named Michael on cashier. I only saw him maybe two or three times, management do yourself a favor and get a good team working that knows customer service. A nice young man like Michael is what you need a smile goes a long way with a customer. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere. This location won't last long. Especially with the crew you have working behind the counter. Playing favorites is not what makes a good restaurant. Customer service does.
