  I visited the supermarket today at 6:25pm and was at register 1 when the employee told me I had to pay for my WIC items separately. I said okay and continued with my purchase. I then asked if I could get the larger spring water and pay the difference, which I’ve done before at this store. Instead of giving a clear answer, the employee said she needed to speak to a manager, which seemed unnecessary and slowed everything down. What really made this experience unacceptable was the employee’s behavior. Instead of speaking to me directly and respectfully, she started discussing the situation with other customers nearby. When I asked her to address me instead, she responded with a rude attitude. This interaction felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and poorly handled. Customers should be treated with basic respect and clear communication, not talked about in front of others. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff training and customer service.

  Surprised it had some stuff from Trinidad there. The staff was pleasant.
