Can't fathom people order food hear .
- MGMarlene GuzmanJun 3, 20263.0I ordered online pick up to de ready by 12:35z I got there at 12:40 and it was busy so I waited my turn to be asked if I was picking up nobody asked so I went up and told the cashier my name after 5 minutes got my smoothies then half of my food order but waited another 20 minutes for the rest of my food order.. and I got my food after 30 minutes and finally when I got back to my office to eat it was the wrong salad.. luckily I’m not allergic to peanuts but I was a bit frustrated because I was waiting there and my food was ready but it was just sitting there for 5 minutes

Another time a worker told me “oh that’s how, I make it and it taste better” “trust me” I was shook and did not know what to say. As a previous food service worker, I’d never try to tell a customer how they should try it just because I like it and being pushy about it. And I just got one today and it came out the same way and the acai was soggy.
