- SCSugei De la cruzAug 27, 20261.0I placed a mobile order to be ready at 10:40. I went up to the register and told the girl, "I have a mobile order," and she just replied, "OK." She didn't tell me it wasn't ready yet or anything, which I found strange. After a while, my cousin told her I had a mobile order, and she gave the same "OK" response. I had to wait for them to make orders for everyone in the dining room before they even started on mine—which I find ridiculous since I had placed my order in advance. I also had to put up with bad attitudes for no reason; I hadn't spoken rudely to her—I had simply come to ask about my order. I also saw an employee wearing headphones and using her phone while preparing bowls. I ordered a fajita quesadilla, but they didn't put the fajita meat in it. My cousin ordered a bowl, and the employee with the headphones didn't add cheese because she couldn't hear—she had her headphones on.

She proceeds to add little no to no chicken. mind u ive been here before my chipotle bowl was basically empty its usually filled up a decent amount but I guess that lady decided she was having a bad day and decided to also make me have a bad day. she didnt even say nothing to me the whole time she just looked at me with pure annoyance. i will not bother you guys again do not worry ( it was about 5:50 pm when this happen) the guy at the cashier was nice tho shoutout to him
- CVcalmado virgoAug 20, 20261.0To the owner of this franchise location: PLEASE STOP HIRING YOUNG IMMATURE KIDS TO RUN YOUR RESTAURANT. Hire mature professionals. Every single time I visit, these children are more concerned with chatting with one another, cracking jokes, being on their cell phones, walking around doing literally nothing, than actually doing their jobs to provide customer service. There is never a hello, welcome, or thank you provided. Never once! Also the seasoning is always inconsistent. Sometimes extremely spicy, and today extremely salty. Please tell them to drain the liquids in the beans and meat to prevent the bowls from being oversaturated, wet and breaking down. Please spend some time in your actual store so you can witness the incredibly unprofessionalism taking place no matter the time of day.
