  I had a really disappointing experience picking up my mobile order. From the moment I walked in, the employee who helped me had a clear attitude. She didn’t acknowledge me properly and instead of handing me my order directly, she aggressively placed it on the rack even though she knew I was there waiting. When I tried to be polite and said thank you, she just walked away without responding. I asked for her name, and she quietly muttered “Lisa” under her breath, which didn’t seem genuine at all. I am not sure if that’s even her name. To make matters worse, when I got home and checked my order, it was made incorrectly. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Between the rude behavior and the incorrect order, this experience was frustrating enough that I won’t be returning to this location.

  TERRIBLE! AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE! Food is always out at any time of the day or night. They close at 11 but start cleaning around 9? I gave them another chance around 3 PM… rice was out, chicken was out, and there were long lines. Is there no management?!

  The two ppl serving food had bad attitude. rushing thru my order and didn’t get it right. asked for pinto beans and he completely skipped over it and then asked for light sour cream and if anything he gave extra sour cream. horrible service only the man at the register was nice.

  Ordered through the chipotle app. No way to add that i wanted the honey chipotle vinagrette on side so i placed order and tried to call the store. Only an AI robot available and when u ask to speak to a real person it tells u nobody available. After trying for 15 mins i got a real person and she said she transferred me to talk to somebody at the hauppauge location... then i was on hold with a medicaid place??? guess she transferred me incorrectly. Then i tried last minute to ask the delivery driver to ask and nothing was successful. Took 25 mins of my life for me to not even get the sauce. dont even want my food without it. Having no real person available to answer the phone is wild. No shade to this particular chipotle, but this was annoying as hell i live 7 min away just cant drive and its taking 45 min for my order to arrive. Whatever u do dont order from their app. they just use doordash anyway and then its harder to get in contact witj the driver.
