  The last few times I’ve been here, they never have the food cooked and ready. The chicken has been undercooked a few times that I have gotten it. The workers aren’t friendly nor give good service. A Shame. Used to be one of my favorite locations and now it’s one of the worst.

  The manager was very rude and not Friendly at all when taking my order I was ordering my burrito and asked for a little bit of queso and then she proceeded to give me very little and just put it on one side I asked kindly and nicely if I could have just a little more and then she proceeded to make a comment about me and complain about me kindly asking for a little bit more , she then continued to make comments about me to her coworkers after the situation while I was eating , I would watch out for her because she has yelled and been rude to people I know in the past if you want to avoid her I get that she’s darker skinned and has braces and I believe she is the manager. It’s honestly sad to get that type of treatment from workers when you have been nothing but nice to them and especially at a fine establishment like chipotle have a good day and I hope you don’t get treated like i did

  The workers here are so beyond rude. This one lady who has served me has been horribly nasty both times I have seen her. She got mad at me and nasty because she hated her job I litterally did nothing but place my order I didn’t ask for extra anything and the entire time she was so disrespectful and mean. She worked when I went in 6/18/26 at 1:34pm she has dreads and a red strip in her hair. The manager needs to hire some new workers

  I walk in there to order myself a burrito and with total kindness I approach the worker. She doesn’t seem to speak much to any English so I try my best but then she seems to get fed up because I have to ask her to repeat herself because I do not understand what she’s asking me then and her getting fed up. She gives me smaller portion sizes with a bothered look on her face. Rude service bad portion sizes wouldn’t go back again.

  Watch out, the bad reviews about them are true. They stick multiple random upcharged stuff on the line & even if you ask about it, they dont verbalize the cost & inflate your bill all shadily. They have rude attitudes about their own shady practices & act condescending & hostile towards customers. They'll say limited words all frowny at you so it's your responsibility to research & make sure you've read the small print of every sign, cause they'll definitely point out how stupid you are for not having their whole menu memorized & anticipated Small meat portions, & she dumped way too much of the spiciest sauce on. It was swimming in sauces in general, maybe trying to compensate for small food portions. The green flavored sour cream they're upcharging for I didn't try, it looked runny. Haven't bothered with this chain in years & prices are jacked way up for even worse quality & service than before. I see they've got complaints already but they're set in their ways. Just don't...
