- HKhello kittyMay 8, 20261.0This is the WORST Chick Fil A I have EVER been to with the WORST customer service, coming here was a NIGHTMARE. I decided to treat myself with some Chick Fil A and spent over an hour by bus to come here just because I haven't been there in so long and there aren't any in my area. The first red flag is that Maps made me walk on the highway to get there, and one of the entrance ways to the restaurant is blocked off by a "No trespassing" sign and it's virtually inaccessible for pedestrians to get to. When I got there I planned to pay with my gift card. For some reason their specific location doesn't take mobile orders, LAME. When I got to the counter the lady told me they didn't even accept gift cards. Literally the ONLY way I could pay for the food. I was turned away like it was nothing, with no explanation whatsoever and left with no food. This has NEVER happened to me at ANY OTHER location I have been to. I left the restaurant hungry and upset. This place seriously needs to get their act together. Never again!
