  “I want to express my disappointment with one of the male employees. The girls do an excellent job; they take the order in good faith and follow it as requested. In contrast, the young man did it with a bad attitude, changing my order and not following the instructions. Besides that, this could lead to a serious problem, as a person might have intolerances to certain foods and have a reaction that could lead them to the hospital. It’s a shame because the girls do everything with good will.”

  I just had one of the ugliest experiences here at Dunkin Donuts, I came in and asked for a croissant and when I asked for it to be warmed, she didn’t say much, it was when she handed it to me that I was shocked. She pushed it towards me, essentially shoving the bag into my hand. I just looked at her distraught. And my croissant was cold.

  I got an iced latte and asked for extra caramel… I paid for the extra and I didn’t get ANY CARAMEL. My coffee was literally milk and expresso. They workers were so rude, and horrible.
