Initially I placed a order via the ap thought I pressed an item and didnt. When I got home 30 min after getting my order I see it was incorrect some toppings were missing and due to my mistake on the app I thought I had gotten stuffed crust but I did not select it on the app. I call the store and I let them know I think I got the wrong pizza the customer service representative cuts me off and starts asking me what did I order so I start telling him and hes telling me no thats not it I did not order that check my order. At this point hes raising his voice and screaming over me and im telling him that I can't see my order and hes litterally screaming at me telling me that i did not order that etc. It gets to the point that since I could not see my order through the app I said I would like my money back and he started yelling what money back I got the right order etc at that point his manager takes over and try to handle the situation while im speaking to the manger my call drops I call back same guy picks up so I ask to speak to the manager. By this point I was able to see my order and saw the pizza type was not what I thought I had selected on the app so I own up and tell the manager that I did indeed choose the wrong pizza but yhe toppings were still missing about half the toppings I chose but at this point I did not care about the pizza. I then proceeded to tell the manager that I called to express the issue and his worker was raising his voice and speaking to me in a very disrespectful manor while I did not once raise my voice or disrespect any one and that is not acceptable. Im trying to get to the bottom of an issue and was respectable. The manager was very respectful and said he would speak to the person that answered the phone and the food other wise seems well made and tasteful. If it was not due to that one worker then my review would have bein a 5 star. Props to the manager for being professional and respectful
