  If I could give a negative review I would. They wanted us to wait longer than others because I asked for it to be fresh & hot. I was forced to move into a parking spot to wait because they couldn’t get it together in the time they told us they would. In reality they wanted it to show on their end they are processing customers in a timely fashion. Lie. Now 6 cars have passed us & it’s been over 15min. And still nothing. Horrible customer service & the management couldn’t speak English well.

  I stopped here for three drinks from a mobile order and at 208pm and didn't get three drinks until 218. The order took that long after they took my order and pushed me up to the last window. When my order came I asked what happened to take so long and as to why they couldn't be responsible for letting me know that there is an issue. I watched car after car behind me get food and leave and yet still I am there standing. On a Saturday next to a major highway and a huge mall with competition restaurants all around, they clearly don't plan well here. When the two ladies came to give us the drinks I misspoke when I asked about the drinks by saying two when it is three and the one lady was quick to correct me as I am speaking with heightened angst, but can't be bothered to have that same urgency to come tell me about my wait. I asked them for a manager and one lady passed it to the lady behind her that " this is the manager".... Really? When are you going to speak up? Tells me all that I need to know about this location and theoretically hiring, they hired a scary cat manager who has no leadership and that is why their service is less than the one star minimum that I can write here.

  “I had a great experience at McDonald’s. The staff was friendly, my food was fresh and hot, and my order came out quickly. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. Definitely one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had. I would happily come back again!”

  Management please take a closer look at your employees, no customer service, got the order wrong, and made a mistake and acted like it was my fault. Their reviews are consistent with bad service.

  I was told by a associate that sauce is extra now? 50 cent per cup? Come on McDonald's. And my Sweet Tea was NOT sweet. Smh bad service and experience
